Drawing
from its experience in reconstruction of academic institutions in Bosnia
and Herzegovina and from its intensive contacts with Southeast Europe
(SEE) the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) has proposed a
program for academic reconstruction in the frame of the Pact for
Stability in SEE. The program's duration is foreseen for a period of
5 years.
